Delete your Prompto account

You can permanently delete your account and associated cloud data from inside the Prompto app. This action cannot be undone.

Delete your account in the app

    Open your profile

    In Prompto, open the Profile tab.

    Open Account

    Tap your profile card at the top to open the Account screen.

    Choose Account deletion

    Under Data & privacy, tap Account deletion.

    Review and confirm

    Tap Continue to deletion, then confirm Delete Account in the final prompt.

What gets deleted

We delete or de-identify personal information associated with your Prompto account, including synced tasks, events, routines, goals, reflections, and account content, subject to reasonable processing time, backups, technical limitations, and information we must retain for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or billing purposes.

Before you delete

  • Export any information you want to keep.
  • Allow synchronized devices time to finish syncing.
  • Cancel Prompto Pro separately through Apple if needed.

Cannot access the app?

Email us from the address associated with your Prompto account and request account deletion. We may need to verify your identity before completing the request.
